Dusty loves the desert. The blistering heat during the day, the freezing cold at night, snakes, scorpions, sheet lightning, dust storms, and gritty sand – none of these things bother dusty. That’s because, to him, the desert is his home – every hot and sandy bit of it. He and Bazooka race against time to stop Firefly from launching a large-scale incendiary attack, tracking the explosives expert across the desert.

I may be in the minority, but I absolutely love this figure. The parts are great and the deco looks really neat.

I like the figure too, and since his darker blue color scheme matches with the 25th Anniversary Shockblast and the ROC Kamakura he's good for custom fodder too. I use him as Tracker instead of Dusty though.

I dig him too, but he is not dusty.

The figure is kinda cool. I dig the arms at least for customs. I think the torso is really what kills i for me. I had the same problem with Jungle Duke.

I saw someone post a similar pic as this...turned them into Cobra troops. The figure would make a good Cobra "trooper-in-training" or something like that.

Here's what I did with mine. The only thing I didn't use originally from that Dusty is the backpack and head and webgear. However, I can switch back the webgear if I wanted to.

I like to think of this as the "Dusty the traitor " version. It is a great figure but definitely has a strong Cobra vibe going for it.
BTW the preproduction of this figure (the one without camo) had lighter blue accessories that exactly matched the color the figure was molded in.
