i haven't been using the internet much, lately, because the g.i. joe:arah continuity either has no info or discussion directed it's way. i read it's outselling the new joe but sales aren't great for either right now. i quit the revamp; the only revamp/special, disavowed, team-up, etc. but i just couldn't get into the new joe AND i did try but i'm centered on hama's arah for the time (hoping we'll get more appearances of 2001-present toy designs esp. cobra specialty vipers, vehicles, c.o.i.l.s., claws, drivers, modern troops, and even main cobras like firefly, copperhead, and SCRAP-IRON...perhaps, bombstrike's bad brother, BLACK-OUT, ETC. BUT I KNOW THIS ISN'T PLANNED FOR ARAH AS NO ONE seems interested in the underrated joe toy era which i LOVE! but, it seems i am the only fan interested in the arah continuity these days, so, i should just feel lucky my continuity is still being published. it has improved tons over the past three issues.

Agreed. I'm still here reading ARAH, and I can never find any discussions in relation to it.

Many are not accepting of the death of Snake Eyes and since any story since then involves that death, most threads turn into hate for Throwdown or Dawn. Which si a shame because Hama has done some cool things with female characters a lot lately, and is going to use Sightline in a future issue. Inserting the Red Shadows into the mythos spices things up too. The Black Major vs Bombstrike story is like Ahab after the whale now.

Well, I'll start posting under the comics section then. Maybe 4 or 5 of us can continue to espouse our love for all things RAH.

i religiously continue to follow hama's arah comic continuity. i started in 1982 and i'm up to yesterday's issue 241. this comic is my favorite comic universe. if it was to be cancelled it would be the same as cancelling all marvel titles. but if spidey gets canned, the marvel fan still has tons of other marvel universe titles. arah ends-that's it for the continuity's original universe. sure, there have been rough patches but there has been a lot of underrated high points. there's my disdain for revanche and brainwashing but arah is the only monthly comic that excites me as it did years ago and i still act like a giddy child to see if any new toys will appear. the joe revamp is just not "my" joe but i still want it to succeed for it's fans and for idw.
