Me too. The interview ended abruptly after they asked how I felt about Transformers.

Sounds more multimedia stuff than related to toys...
I don't want to be the guy who'll push the button to put on air a stupid flash animation cartoon with Funko-deformed characters about our beloved Joes :(

Resume sent. Reply: "Thanks for your interest. Based on your 35+ years of G.I. JOE experience, we find you grossly over qualified."

This looks like a mediocre marketing job buying ads and pitching campaigns for digital content they want to push. This isn't a product development job in the toy department. If this interests you, you'd probably be better off doing something similar at an agency in a major metro for a few years to get diverse industry experience and to see if you like the lifestyle of (from the sound of it) traveling around to pitch content to buyers in a risk-averse market and do ad buys for the products on ad networks and social platforms. If you're into that sort of thing, more power to you. I felt burnout just reading the job description.
