I keep asking myself....was dawn really a breakout star ? Did we all do cartwheels and get excited for her...i dont seem to remember that. And they add her to a team with fake-eyes.
Also...is she attracted to Scarlett..for obvious reasons
ConanXXXV says
I think Larry Hama thinks she is. This comic survives on the whims of Hama. Don't get me wrong I am glad at least there is a RAH comic. But if you follow Hama on Facebook he seems very grumpy and moody about GI Joe. The whole Dawn story line to me was a big snooze fest. I do think how Dr Venom came back was a very interesting story but I want the original Snake-Eyes back. And stop with the ninjas.

I think Dawn is a breakout star in the same way that IDW's G.I. Joe relaunch was the "crown jewel of the Hasbro universe" and Scarlett's Strike Force was "the best action comic ever." As in, they hope that if they keep saying it, maybe they'll convince themselves and others it's true.

So what’s the deal? We’re these released last month?
The one thing I always hated about IDW, when it came to “mini series” they were never released on a consistent schedule. And now the regular ARAH title. Did G.I. Joe get completely canceled?

I've been hospitalized twice since July with some fairly major issues (all seems fine now). Tom and everyone involved at IDW have been over-the-top amazing and super accommodating.
ARAH #257 hits stores on Nov 14th. And here's a peek at a double page splash from #258...

Completely forgot you were in the hospital. The editor posted a pic of you last issue. Hospitalized and still working. Hope all is well and remember to stick with your pizza prescriptions.

It seems the last several pages are basically an ad for Operation Hiss, which my Google-Fu says is nearly a decade old. That seems like an odd use of pages. Am I missing something?
