The first clip is a game play demo using Shipwreck and Duke you finally get to hear them play the Joe theme when they power up in the Delta 6 Accelerator suits that we have read about in some of the other game articles/threads. You can also here the Joe's yelling Yo Joe! and Cobra Troopers yelling Cobra!
The gameplay reminds me of the old GI Joe coin-op game and that's a good thing! The graphics look much better in the videos that just those static screenshots we've been seeing.
Oh snap! They use the Sunbow cartoon music in the game?!?! +1 !!!

fail. run and gun with horrible shotgun sound effects? there's apparently no concern for cover or not to get hit or to not run around shooting in circles possibly hitting your "partner" who I'm sure has horrible AI. The developer who sounded like Mark Hamil is right, Joe isn't about 1 character... nor is it about 2.
This looks like a classic EA attempt to grab some cash with a poorly developed game that is overmarketed.
