nothing much really happens in the preview but it seems intriguing enough for me to check out. Since its a Joe book though I know I will buy it.

Read it.
Good issue. Costa continues the tone of story he started with the previous volumes of Cobra.
Trooper13 says
What's the deal with Serpentor, though? He's still the same character from Cobra, but it seems like they're trying to make him, atleast visually, into the classic Serpentor. The Serpentor we met originally was a slim, charasmatic, and deadly cult leader. A very fresh, modern, take on the character. What we've seen of him lately is a hulking, armored, but yet ostracized member of the Cobra hierarchy. I much preferred the Serpentor we met during the Scoop storyline, then the mish mash we've been getting recently.
