Episode #33 of Flag Points is now available for your listening pleasure! Here’s what HissTank.com Forum Member Gilderdave had to say about the latest offering –
Season 2 has begun! On this one, Dan Uthman of http://www.gijoegraphy.com joins us to unveil his massive G.I. Joe map that pinpoints the birthplaces of every single G.I. Joe from 1982 – 1994! Are there other points of interest? You bet! Could there be a few Springfields on there? Yup. This project could develop into something very interesting… Who knows what will come of Dan’s 200+ hours of work. It certainly brought smiles to our faces. Also enjoy Dan’s riveting Joe/toy memories, Don’s “Scaled Up,” as well as Rob’s new segment, “Knock It Off!” Go ahead Rob… Knock it off. Yo Joe! and stay tuned for more episodes! Thanks, Dan! We will talk again!

Just a quick note to say that our podcast is now called Flag Points. I stumbled over "CRSJC - Capital Region Small Joe Collectors" too many times, so we're now Flag Points. Because of the change, we're waiting on iTunes approval, but we're here at least: http://flagpoints.podbean.com Python_Puckman - your sig is motivating me to keep the club name the same, though!
Contact us at [email protected] to answer our Joe questions or just to give us some feedback. We're just a couple of fans having fun, but let us know what you think!

Why do you use W4A audio format instead of a more universal audio format like MP3 ?

Did you put it on iTunes. That is the main outlet for all podcasts and you will get the most listeners from there. If so, I can't wait to listen.

Thanks for the interest. As I have said, it's just something to listen to in between WOJM episodes! Those guys are great and have been very kind to us.
Thanks,
Dave

Sounding good Dave.
Oh a sidenote on the SNAKE Armor. Dr. Venom created the armor thus now you know why the electronics can brainwash a Joe. ;-)

It IS a much more identifiable and catchier name. : )

You're right! First appearance was issue 19? Jan. 84? So, the toy came out first it looks like? I wonder who wrote the copy for the 83 S.N.A.K.E. box/blueprints... Either way, the wording is so cool. Very fantasy/sci fi, which I love.

My sig is now correct . You can find us on iTunes by searching for Flag Points (previously the Cap. Region Small Joe Collector's Podcast.) In Episode 1, Don and I talk a little about SDCC, Don throws out a quiz -- there are (at least) 2 correct answers! -- and we reminisce about our childhood Joe shopping experiences. We also talk about what's caught our eye on the web. We hope you enjoy the chatter. Feedback is welcomed and encouraged! Just email us at [email protected]. Thanks to all who have helped and supported us. We appreciate the camaraderie!
