Thanks for posting. With no exclusives from any toy line that I collect being at the con I'll now have something to pick up while I'm there.
I wouldn't mind having that Scarlet cover...
That Scarlett cover looks great. Sure blows away the G.I. Joe vs. Transformers debacle.
The Dave Dorman Baroness Awesome Con cover looks cool too. The background reminds me of his old Indiana Jones Fate of Atlantis cover. Now where the hell is Awesome Con?

sadly, I don't think many people on this site or other joe forums care that much about the Joe comics that much. It's all about the toys. I almost feel like the people that read the comics are a completely different group of people than those that collect the toys.
In a nutshell though, the comic is exactly what all the interviews and previews said it would be. No surprises really. It's 5 years after the last IDW issue, Scarlett is head honcho, the roster is smaller, Cobra is now well liked all over the world and the government no longer thinks Joe is needed because of this. Scarlett is of course furious with this. No ninjas, No snake eyes, no Cobra Commander.
Wasn't aware the new series was out.
