By way of Newsarama comes word that the Godfather of G.I.Joe Comics, Mr. Larry Hama, has been “Called to Duty” by Dark Horse Comics, Activision Publishing & Treyarch to deliver a new comic book series based on the hit video game, Call of Duty: Black Ops III.
The Comic book series follows an elite group of cybernetics-enhanced soldiers as they wage a secret war across a futuristic, war torn world. Alongside Mr. Larry Hama will be Mr. Marcelo Ferreira, who has drawn on titles such as Transformers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
A free mini comic will be available at SDCC 2015, so if you find yourself in attendance and would like to check this title out, make sure to visit the Dark Horse comics Booth (#2615) at SDCC!
