SDCC 2015 – Toy Soldiers: War Chest Gameplay Demo Screens – Cobra Revealed

Hisstank Admin Destro got to attend a gameplay presentation for Toy Soldiers: War Chest. They revealed that Cobra and Assassin’s Creed are the other two licensed character armies for the game. They join He-Man and G.I. Joe along with the proprietary armies from the game series. I don’t have any info on the game itself, but we have a ton of snaps of the gameplay in action.

    WOW! Thanks for the posting these shots they're awesome. I'm really ecstatic at well portrayed COBRA is in this game and all the different units the developers were able to include. Definitely looking forward to this game.

    The more I see of this game the more I like it. The Joes and Cobras look great! Skystrikers, Rattlers, ASPs, Vamp 1 and 2's, Stingers, gliders holy crap what didn't they put in. This might just be the game I dreamed of as a kid. I can't wait to get this.

    Looks like you can play Joe vs Cobra without all the other factions which I am a big fan of. However it appears He-Man has no Skeletor to fight. That must be an add-on at some point. No way can they leave that out. The rest of the factions don't interest me that much and I'm still not impressed with the graphics. But there promise in the game. I hope it lives up to expectations.

    As far as the game goes if you read the reviews or played the other two it will be very similar. You can play it as a strategy game or take control of the individual units and play. The first two were great, I will buy this one even at the $30 price point.

    Awesome. Love the style of it, how it presents Joe. Looks like it really has fun with Joe, realism and grittiness be damned. Soooo refreshing!

    This game looks pretty funny and looks like it hits the nostalgia factor as well. I am a huge command and conquer fan and I think this is the closest thing to a GI Joe game based on a similar concept.

    CC looks like a bad ass running around with his AK! Seeing the Rattlers blow stuff up is awesome.
