Torpedo was a scuba instructor prior to enlistment. He has black belts in three martial arts (Wushu, Kenpo, and Goju-Ryu) and is proficient with the Filipino butterfly knife (balisong). His training records after Seal School are classified. He spends his off-duty hours perfecting his fighting skills and marksmanship. He and Hit & Run track Zartan through a swamp, where Torpedo uses his Seal training to track him despite the villain’s knack for vanishing without a trace

Torpedo is a solid figure and has a nice selection of gear and weapons. One of my favorite cartoon characters and for me was a bonus in this 3-pack for the price. I would not put the “Ultimate” tag on this version, but it’s a nice take on a popular Joe.

Can't deny the fact that it looks good.
I just wish they used the Ultimate Snake Eyes body for the frogmen instead of the Retaliation version, since it looks way more like an actual wet suit.

Looks great except the eyes. I can't stand the dead eyes the new figures have. At least with his mask on you can't really see them, so it's not too bad here.
Bad ankles. Wrong head. Belt sits too high.
I swapped his head with the 25th version and it improved it tremendously. I wiggled his belt lower and drilled the foot peg holes deeper so he could stand.

I've been trying to find that wet-suit for my Torpedo cosplay, but nobody seems to carry a wet-suit with those cargo pockets. Must be a military-only piece of equipment.
I put the 25th head, mask, and backpack and it makes this figure perfect.
I like him just the way he is....
