Viper A.T.T.A.C.K. Hovercraft
(Armor and Troop Transport Assault Carrier Kreng)
A kreng is the carcass of a whale after removal of the blubber and baleen. Cobra managed to insult Cutter and the Joes with their leaner, meaner hovercraft.
I just posted a video to show the LED illuminated propellers. Really cool feature.

I should mention that the vehicle's plastic is really lightweight and thin. It doesn't feel nearly as heavy duty or durable as a W.H.A.L.E., just FYI for those considering picking one up. I do believe they are on sale for ~$30 at the moment.
