TFW Network Sites just came out of the 32nd Bernstein Annual Strategic Decisions Conference. We have a story to tell you.
In a surprise move, Hasbro announced their plans for their upcoming Hasbro Cinematic Universe (Mind you though, Hasbro specifically kept away from mentioning the HCU by that name). But what was told specifically was something else:
Hasbro very clearly stated that the G. I. Joe brand will be reignited and re-imagined along with the new movie universe which will feature other brands such as Micronauts, M.A.S.K, Visionaries and ROM.
Not only that, the brands will get their own Animated TV Shows which includes G. I. Joe.
That’s right! G. I. Joe reignited and re-imagined with a cartoon series.
You can check out the full coverage via our sister site TFW2005.
What more do we have to say? Discuss away, folks for now you know… and knowing is half the battle!

I think IJ is right .
but hey, I started as a 12er guy as a little kid and took to the 3 3/4 stuff even more so who knows I may like the next thing more....but not if is 6 inch or 2 inch.... it needs to work with a scale I alwready fux with
WarinThefloor says
you know I sort of hope they do a new generation of people with slight connections to the old, Flint and Hawk and Beachheads kids or nephews or something because those characters would be like 70 years old now, I don't like reimagining them as Gulf War vets, they will always be Vietnam, early 80s Middle east conflict veterans to me. That's why when I play I just set the adventures back in the day instead of trying to work it into today, if its set today we need all new people.
