“Move with the wind, and you will never be heard.”
Prime 1 Studio is proud to present PMGJ-01: Snake Eyes from G.I. JOE. One of the few mysterious and the more dangerous members of the G.I. JOE Team, Snake-Eyes served as a recon ranger in the jungles of Southeast Asia. All that can be said after that stint is he went on a long sabbatical, most believe it was in Japan. We know his fighting skills have become more efficient and deadly. Rumors surfaced that when he was recruited into the JOE Team by Hawk, he was hunting rabbits at the time… with his bare hands. Snake Eyes is one of the original and most popular members of the G.I. JOE Team, and is most known for his relationships with Scarlett and Storm Shadow. Snake Eyes is one of the most prominent characters in the G.I. JOE: A Real American Hero franchise, having appeared in every series of the franchise since its inception.

Switch the pistol out for an Uzi and I'm sold.

Wow, Robrt Atkins must be so stoked right now!
I agree with RazorMurphy, SE definitely needs an Uzi instead. These still look insanely awesome nonetheless..!

Not seeing the appeal. I mean, I know, for example, that Sideshow does a tidy business with their statues and "premium format figures," but I can't understand why. Why take your favourite action figures, make them about twelve times bigger and completely remove all the articulation?

Looks like the UZI is on the back. Too bad no shots of the back to confirm. The statues look great to me. I would consider purchasing them since I don't have any at all right now and these look pretty cool.

As usual the person who sculpted Timber has never been in the presence of an actual wolf. Jesus how hard is basic research. They always sculpt a starving coyote or domestic dog or some other garbage with a generic evil face expression and rabies, scraggly with ears back nervous, Fuck that. I know wolves Ive been around them and raised them my whole adult life and every single GI joe Timber ever made is a terrible misleading bigoted insult. I big boy wolf will stand shoulders at my waist and alert ears at about my ribcage, im around 6 feet tall. Weight wise there's no way Snake eyes keeps timber looking like a sick dying stray, he goes to Coscto like I do and buys a bulk of good meat and gives it to him. He would weigh as much as Snake Eyes a swell I have 3 boys over 189 lbs. When animal control calls me to round up suspected wolves or hybrids I always tell them " "is it the biggest fastest smartest dog you have ever seen" if the answer isn't yes to all three don't bother calling me and just call regular animal control. In ten years of doing it I have never once had one they call me about be any content wolf, its always a white Shepard or a stray spitz or something. I could rant about this all days its pissed me off since I was a teenager.
Sleich makes a couple that favor real ones sort of when they aren't sculpted panicking with their ears back. The game of thrones one is right sized but has stereo typical evil red eyes and face expression and it just pulls me out of it because I know what they are supposed to look like.
Edit for facts
fact Wolve Babbies are the cutest thing in the world
fact you have never been loved like a Wolf Mother will love you.
all wolves became super adorable this time of year they puff up and get fluffy
CADPAT says
What did you think of the Sideshow Timber figure that came with their second Snake Eyes release?
WarinThefloor says
Slightly better but still way too small, and sculpted like a dog or something with the wrong chest, elbow shape, hybrid or dog feet. I have a lot of admiration for the sideshow stuff but its just out of my hobby expenses.
djdmac24 says
These are soooooooo sick! Too bad they will definitely be out of my price range. I'm guessing they're gonna be in the $500-1000 range. Probably closer to $1000.

A nice statue to put on a pedestal, end table, or a mantel.
For example instead of row after row of loose figures and vehicles, a nice representation of your love of GIJOE.
This is for the person that remembers GIJOE, now has disposable income, does not collect the toys, loved Snake Eyes or Storm Shadow and wants a cool statue to put in their office or mancave.
No different than someone putting a small copy of a Michelangelo statue in their living room, an ornate lamp, etc. A great decorative piece.
Heck if Storm or Snakes were one of my favorite characters I would consider getting one.
