With Christopher Eccleston and Channing Tatum stating not so happy comments on the first two G.I. Joe Live Action Movies, we can only see the opposite from Mr. Ray Park; who dedicated his latest Instagram post to send heartfelt ‘thank yous’ to the work he did as Snake Eyes.
His post showcased some of the memorabilia he received for his role including fanart from Joe fans, props, customized license plates and many more.
“It’s been a pleasure to play a character twice in a Hollywood big budget movie that was part of my childhood and influenced me throughout.

Saw that.
Park is amazing.
If you ever get a chance to see him at a con. GO.
I have met him twice and seen one of his panels.
Whether it is Star Wars or Joe, he is an excellent showman and very gracious when dealing with fans.

Met him at a Con in Chicago a few years ago and he had to leave a bit early because he wanted to be home for his daughter’s birthday that Sunday he was there. My wife drove him to the airport that Saturday night and they were talking about how he always tries to be there for his kids birthday no matter where or what he’s got going on. A real great, upstanding guy.

He seems like a very well rounded person and awesome father from the stories I heard.

Thank YOU Ray Park! I was a kid when The Rise of Cobra came out and it was Ray Park’a Snake Eyes that got me into G.I. Joe. I know all you older folks don’t really care for the movies, but all us kids back then thought Snake Eyes was the bomb. Thank you Mr. Park for being part of why I’m on this forum today.

Really cool dude. Got to meet him years ago at a Chiller Theater convention in Secaucus when he was signing autographs for his Darth Maul role in Phantom Menace.

I've met him a couple times at cons. He's so friendly and it was a pleasure to talk with him. What a great person to portray such amazing roles.

Thank you Ray for living up to the roles. You were an awesome Snake Eyes and an outstanding Dark Lord of the Sith. Vader is not an easy villain to follow up. Maul is definitely one of the shining stars of the prequels.
Class act. It’s so nice to see a star not shit all over the built in fandom for a change. I’d love to see Ray in more films.
