It’s been a banner month for action figure collecting and it would seem the exciting announcements just keep coming. Today Carson from 3DJoes has launched a new O-Ring style action figure Kickstarter project with an all-star cast of original G.I. Joe Hasbro creative teams. Ron Rudat, Mark Pennington, Larry Hama, Ed Morrill, Kirk Bozigian and Bill Merklein! The goal is to create an extensive line up of O-Ring action figures in four waves (totaling sixteen figures), plus two bonus figures! There is a ton of information to digest on the official Kickstarter page, far to much for me to outline in one post, so make sure to visit the Kickstarter page for the full breakdown.

Very exciting news!
It's so cool to know that Retelo was Carson's idea when he was younger and how well thought out he was as a character and a toy.
And very awesome that those G.I. Joe legends teamed up for it.
I am excited to see Retelo and up to 16 other figures.
I'm going to be watching this one very closely. I don't typically collect any non-Joe 1/18 figures, but this looks like something I'd make an exception for.
