G.I. Joe ReAction Wave 4 welcomes in Shipwreck, Cover Girl, Zartan, and the Cobra B.A.T., new versions of Cobra Commander and Snake Eyes, and a variety of camo-clad G.I. Joe Troopers and Female Cobra Troopers!

    Solid wave overall, but the Cobra Commander is yet another very cheap reuse of the base figure that we've seen multiple times already. The Female Cobra Troopers (in a variety of hair and skin colors) are a nice addition, however. The B.A.T. looks pretty awesome, too.

    They're still overpriced but they're fantastic renditions of the characters

    Why could they pull off the UV color change for figures like Zartan while Hasbro "forgot" the formula? Or simply won't use it? And what the heck even are some of these Reaction figures. It's like they did a ton of repaints of generic whatever and charge $20 a piece. lol
