G.I. Joe Classified Tunnel Rat By SlicesCustoms

Happy New Year Guys!

Finished this one today and wanted to share it with you all.

Not sure what to expect from Hasbo on Nicky Lee. I know what Idlove to have in this fantastic character, so I did just that.


In doing so I had to make sense of things, change things and tolerate others. Here?s a few examples.

Have a .50 cal in for a tunnel rat doesn?t make sense. So to make sense and combine homage, you just think outside the box.

1 thing that has always irritated me is his chest rig connected directly to .50 cal rounds.
You couldn?t see it. So I added a rig, and switched the bullets over the left shoulder .

Another example is the OG gigantic pack with 2 lights- which doesnt make sense, He needed a flashlight on his Person. Fixed.

Also added my own flair to him. Two switchable heads, OG color scheme, sweat, real neck wrap, and joust brought him to life.

This one is just awesome Slice. The separate holster and ammo belt fixes the problem I had with the original being connected, it looks so much better this way.

Your Tunnel Rat looks Grrrrreat!!!

Something about this gifts off an old school 12" Joe feel that I'm digging. Maybe the real world effects and classic 1911. I don't know, but I like it

Another great entry. How you pump these out is beyond me. I?ve been working on a few of my dudes for months. That bandolier and leather straps and leather holsters look incredibly real. Nice additions slice.

The only thing I haven?t figured out is how I can piece them together the way that I do back to back with such difference variations and characters. I don?t have an answer.

I know what I imagine. Then it comes together.

This build from start to finish took 2 hours.
