This exclusive figure marks a new addition to the VE series and is presented as a limited-edition collectible for discerning fans and collectors. VE-01A Air Tiger features a sleek design inspired by a specialized squadron of air attack vehicles, and is limited to only 400 individually serialized units worldwide.

VE-01A Air Tiger will debut exclusively at The Chosen Prime booth during JoeFest Toy & Comic Show 2025, taking place June 20–22 in Augusta, Georgia. The figure will be available for purchase at the event for $119.99 USD.A limited quantity will be released online through The Chosen Prime website the following week. The official online release date will be announced soon.

Fans Hobby is one of my favorite 3rd Party Transformers company. I'm definitely supporting this!
Same. They are one of my favorites as well. Knowing the high quality of their Transformers, I have high hopes for this.
Issue will be beating Hasbro to market because the Sky Hawk feels like a real possibility for Classified.
I would've maybe gone with something a little less likely. THat's kinda the vibe of what they do for their 3rd party stuff.
Or maybe have done one of the variants of the Sky Hawk that look a bit more distinct like the POC one:

I think it might be for a non-transforming 6-inch scale vehicle. That is awesome. They make solid collectibles.

The other image seems to suggest that there is a under belly navigation light and a spotlight on the underside.
Hopefully the plastic is thick enough to not have the light glow like that during normal use from light bleed through the plastic.
Lets hope they updated it just enough to not look incongruous.
Just came here to post this. This is very interesting news! In the history of GI Joe - we?ve never had a third-party player jump in like this. Sure, Marauder and Valaverse make compatible toys. But, having 1/12 vehicles based on original RAH designs - this could be a game changer.
Plus- Fans Hobby can do things at a larger scale for a good price
