Enter Destro, the weapons supplier to COBRA and leader of M.A.R.S. joins the One:12 Collective!

The One:12 Collective Destro is presented in his classic tactical outfit with tech enhancements, gauntlets with missile blasters, interchangeable thigh holsters, and combat boots. Destro features three masked head portraits, sporting his iconic beryllium steel mask and includes his necklace with amulet.

The state-of-the-art weapons manufacturer totes only the best of the best, complete with a prototype modular sub-machine gun, pistol with removable magazines, rifle with removable magazines, and missiles that attach to his gauntlet.

Destro is always carrying his Cobra-issued, multilayer briefcase with light-up function. The briefcase illuminates via an on/off switch and is complete with a supercomputer and weapon storage.

James McCullen Destro is a cutthroat and unyielding businessman with a great sense of honor and is always prepared to cause trouble for the Joes. The infamous arms dealer is known for engineering high-tech weaponry and supplying to whoever can meet his price.

under G.I. Joe Classified, Photo Shoots

Pimp Daddy Profit Director Destro is in the house!  It’s crazy that we are still in year one of the line and are already getting obscure repaints but I’m not complaining!  The newly titled Profit Director – which is an ingenious wordplay remix getting him in line with corporate sensibilities – rocks his maroon and red gear, gold head, animal print pops and a full on animal skin cape.   His accessories include a gold briefcase for all those Benjamins, flaming stack of cash because Destro DGAF, gold pistol, and pimp shades.  This is all a play off of a short run crazy version of Destro that came out in the late 90s commemorative sets.  You can read up on the history of that figure here.

All in all it’s a good execution that plays into old school lore.  He is a fan channel exclusive, so many non big box retailers will eventually have him in stock.  This one comes courtesy of Dorkside Toys even though I picked it up a while back on eBay because I couldn’t wait!  Read on to check out our shots!

COOOOOOBRAAAAA!  Our first Cobra Enemy has arrived in the Classified line – DESTRO!  The first wave is Joe heavy, but #03 Destro does not disappoint.  He rocks a very traditional black, grey and red outfit, metallic silver paint on the head, open shirted swagger, and his trusty arm rockets are molded in.  He comes packed with a golden pistol, laser gun and Cobra briefcase.  His belt/holster/leg pouch and trademark gold chain can be removed.   We’ve run him through a set so read on to check out 50+ shots and some additional thoughts after the break courtesy of Dorkside Toys!

GameStop has opened pre-orders for two upcoming figures from Hasbro. The new figures are based on the upcoming Spider-Man video game, which is coming exclusively for the PlayStation 4. Last week we got our first sneak of the Marvel Legends 6″ Scale Spider-Man via a quickly removed listing. As many expected, with the Sony E3 Press Conference taking place today, the listing has been restored, along with a Hasbro Exclusive from the game.
