Some major GIJOE Classified leaks hit the web showing off in-hand a ready to ship GIJOE Classified Wave 2 cases and their assortments. Unfortunately for fans who are looking forward to Army building Red Ninja’s they are short packed.

A very humorous auction – seller listing for “Lot For Secret Pudding” showed up on the site mercari.com for what initially looks like a lot for old vintage toys but is actually a secret listing to sell off early leaked cases of GIJOE Calssified figures out of Florida.

under G.I. Joe 25th Anniversary

Back in 2007 we all got to see some wonderful images online and in magazines of a new line of GI Joe action figures. I personally remember seeing Snake Eyes and was super excited to learn more.

Initially we got two 5-packs, one Cobra and one GI Joe. Packaged in a beautiful box with either a Cobra or GI Joe logo music box, precut file cards, tons of accessories and figure stands.

We all soon discovered that with removable heads, body parts, and accessories, these became a customizer’s dream! They enabled us to tweak our figures to our individual liking and then be able to share our customs and collections online.

Soon after came yet another awesome 5-pack, featuring more Cobra baddies and then a series of carded figures with ARAH inspired art with characters like Beachhead, Flint and Shipwreck… the rest is history.

under G.I. Joe Vintage, HASCON

Hasbro Pulse has been on a roll via Facebook & Instagram lately, sharing pieces that will be available in the Exclusive Art Folio available at HASCON. The latest pair of reveals Give us a fan favorite character and a teaser of a vehicle that might have been!

First up is one of the ten prints contained in the Special HASCON hardcover Art Folio, the original art work for Gung Ho! Also shared was a teaser for the G.I.Joe Goliath A.V.T. (Armed Vehicle Transporter). The name immediately makes you think of something massive, but we’ll find out for sure at this year’s event.

Yo joe! It’s been a while since we’ve had any GI Joe toys to hunt for at retail but that’s about to change! Joebros has spotted the 2015 GI Joe 50th Anniversary sets at a Toys R Us in Los Angeles, California. More info:

Found the 2-packs ($12.99), Silent Strike ($59.99) and Desert Dual ($49.99) in CA. The store I found them at only received ONE case of each. The 2-packs are 8 to a case (2 of each, except Gung-Ho/Shadow Guard and Blowtorch/Croc Master are 1 per), Silent Strike is 2 per and Desert Dual is 3 per

There’s also been recent sightings in Texas, so hopefully it won’t be too much longer before these arrive at all Toys R Us stores. Happy hunting!

Marine_Deadpool wrote: Here is the 50th Gung Ho I posted about a week ago in the “50th in Hand Thread”.  He has that Vietnam Era look and feel to him here, but I took a new Gung Ho and camo’d up his pants and cover in tiger stripe.  Since the figure was direct from overseas, he had no Eagle, Globe, and Anchor on his chest… And being that this sculpt is way too muscular to accept decals… I had work something else out and added the mark of my beloved Corps, hand drawn, and not an easy task.   Then it was decided to shave off the holster, and add on one of Marauder Gun Runners new drop-leg rigs that could hold their suppressed 1911, which I modified to hold the suppressor.  It’s already epic holster, just added some straps to keep the suppressor with the pistol.

I know I speak for many when I say that this custom Modern Era G.I.Joe Gung Ho v2 (Marine Dress Blues) is a figure that many of us would love to add to our G.I.Joe Collections. For now, we’ll have to live vicariously through the amazing custom shared on the Hisstank.com Custom Forums by Hisstank.com forum member Letal. The work on this custom is top notch, from the molded ribbons, rank patches, removable cover…the list goes on & on.

The original figure, released in 1987, was an instant fan favorite. Mr. Ron Rudat was kind enough to share his insight on Gung Ho v2 in a conversation that can be found over on the 3DJoes Gung Ho v2 Figure Profile Page.
