Earlier this week, our own SilverOptimus shared the news on the next round of exclusive offerings from BAIT, New Balance and Hasbro. This time around, it’s the New Balance 580 Arashikage Pack that Sneaker Heads will be going after. As with their previous Cobra Commander and Roadblock Offerings that featured a hand crafted crate painted in either Cobra Blue or G.I.Joe Green, the Arashikage Pack includes not only Snakes Eyes and Storm Shadow themed New Balance Sneakers, but also comes with an Arashikage Tactical Assault Bag!

This time around, however, Fans who aren’t interested in the sneakers can still get their hands on the Tactical Assault Bag! The Bag is all black and features the Arashikage Logo in bright red on the side. Made of a heavy, sturdy material and with enough pockets to include all the gear you might need to raid Cobra Mountain, this is an accessory you won’t want to miss out on! Over the course of the last week, we’ve brought you word on the Roadblock 710 and Cobra Commander 574, two new pairs of G.I.Joe themed shoes being offered through a collaboration between BAIT and New Balance. As noted in both articles, both the Roadblock Boots and Cobra Commander Sneakers were offered to the public via a raffle that allowed the winner to purchase either both pairs, or each individually.

Rounding out this news piece comes word that the The BAIT x G.I. Joe x New Balance pack launches in-store on Saturday, June 20 at all five BAIT locations. The first few customers who purchase both shoes together at the BAIT Diamond Bar, LA, Seattle, and San Francisco locations will receive a limited-edition, handmade military crate to house the shoes.

Only 30 G.I. Joe and 30 Cobra crates were produced in total, so only a very limited number will be available at each of the four locations listed. Those who receive a crate will also be given the guaranteed priority-to-purchase for the next two installments of the BAIT x G.I. Joe x New Balance collaboration when they are released.

Yesterday we brought you word of new G.I.Joe inspired footwear, brought to us through a collaboration between New Balance and BAIT. First we saw the Roadblock, a New Balance 710 boot style shoe.

Today via Stashed comes word on another shoe being offered, this time a New Balance 574 sneaker named Cobra Commander. In red, white a blue with a snake skin pattern throughout, Cobra Sigil embossed on back and red laces, these are pretty sharp! Here’s a random bit of news for your Hump Day. BAIT and New Balance are collaborating on a G.I.Joe themed shoe named “Roadblock”. The New Balance 710 Roadblock is also being raffled off by BAIT on their site, so if you’re interested, head on over and sign up (FYI – you’ll need to register for a BAIT account).

As noted on Sneaker News, BAIT is a West Coast shop that also offers toys & figurines and has a history of partnerships with labels like kidrobot. From Sneaker News –

At the core of this three-way partnership is the New Balance H710 boot designed with a military-themed aesthetic and the G.I. Joe colors of red, white, and blue. Battle-ready materials like wolverine suede and ballistic nylon are used for the upper construction to mirror the spirit of Roadblock, the artillery expert and all-around bad-ass for the G.I. Joe squad. The BAIT x New Balance H710 “Roadblock” will be available exclusively at BAIT on June 20th in-store and online (apply for a raffle here), with an MSRP of $120.
