G.I. Joe:Rise of Cobra is in post production, and producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura tells the MTV Movies Blog more about the movie.
He says that that there are two or three large sequences that will blow the audience away. He thinks that what differentiates this movie from other big movies is the eight or nine really well drawn characters in the movie(Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow, Hawk, Duke, Destro, Cobra Commander, Baroness, Zartan, Heavy Duty, and Ripcord?). He says that the relationships between characters such as Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow,(who have an intertwined past), will take the movie to the next level. It is also mentioned that their storyline is taken directly from the comic.

That was kind of a useless blog post. Didn't really say anything new or give details.
Although, purists should like the part about the Snake-Eyes/Storm Shadow relationship being taken directly from the comics.
