Looks interesting. Firefly is black? Doc's not a Doctor and is white?
Troynos says
It's not Doc, it's Tripwire.
But yes, Firefly is black.

Trooper13 says
Toilet, Plumber, "Pipe Bomb"...that's one hell of a high colonic. ;)
As far as making him black, I think it's just Brooks trying to be shocking. I'm sure it got back to him how much changing Ripcord riled the fan base, so he figures doing it to a character that is more "important" or atleast popular will get him noticed. Kind of sad, and cheap, but I don't care either way. As long as he's not a f'n ninja.
Though I'd be worried about how much they're paying him. I've been putting bombs in toilets since middle school, and I work CHEAP. Kinda bummed we didn't get a little peek at Trip, but I still can't wait to pick this up.
Troynos says
The Tripwire story is pretty good actually. I liked it. It's an interesting take on the character, but was a tad lacking in the follow through on the idea. It presents one side but doesn't, at least to me, logically show the other that is needed to fully flesh out the character.
I'll probably post my review tomorrow.
