Just wanted to let everyone know that Tom Feister is one of the coolest, most approachable artists I've ever met. He was at Seattle Comicon this year and he traveled all the way from the east coast, but was extremely friendly, glad to sign everything I brought, and gave me a good deal on some signed prints (his upside down Snake Eyes from GIJoe Origins #8 is the best).
Definitely stop by his booth if you are at the con.

His covers are, easily, the best of the GI Joe titles, even better than Chaykin's.
He seems to be a cool guy the times he posted here too.
Good luck!

Wow! Thanks for the kind words!
I will be at Dragon Con this weekend. I'll have sketch-books and prelims, original art, and some other stuff with me at TBL06 in the Comics and Pop Art room. On Monday, September 5, at 2:30 I'll be hosting a panel about my work in the Hyatt's - Hanover F room.
I hope you'll come out and say hello and bring some stuff for me to sign.

Tom is awesome! I've had the pleasure of meeting him twice, and both times were cool. The first time was at this years JoeLanta in Atlanta GA. I had him do a sketch for me in my Sketchbook of Snake Eyes and it turned out great.
Then a few months later at the CGS Super Show in Reading PA, I jokingly informed him he forgot to sign the piece he had done for me in JoeLanta. He laughed, signed it, then proceeded to add color and shading to it, making this one bad ass pic of or boy in black. THANKS TOM!
