Did the Danger at the Docks set already sell out there, too?

Does this mean they are hitting stores already? TRU doesn't do preorders, do they?!
It's a pre-order. TRU has done them before (at least in Canada, they do them for in-demand collector stuff like Masterpiece TFs) The listing says it will ship on August 13th.
