Ah, good old Ninja Force. Depending on your take on Ninjas, you either loved the concept or hated it. Regardless of what side of the debate you fall on, there’s one thing we can agree on – the concept introduced some pretty cool characters to the G.I.Joe universe.
Hisstank.com forum member Letal has done an incredible job of recreating both the G.I.Joe and Cobra Ninja Force teams in modern format. He didn’t tackle one or two figures, he tackled ENTIRE SQUADS! There’s so much custom goodness here, it’s been split in to separate threads – one for the Modern Era G.I.Joe Ninja Force Team and one of the Modern Era Cobra Ninja Force Team. We’ve linked back to the Joe thread, but feel free to leave comments in both!
Included in the assortment of customs are –

For some time I thought about doing a more "serious" Ninja Force, being more radical with the changes but for some reason I ended up keeping the things close to the original figures but changing what I din't like, a playing with the colors to make them, at least for me, more classy.
Dojo. He ended up looking very ... kung-fu ... if you catch my meaning and I like that. Droped the mask but kept his shaolin hair style (if you are asking what I used for hair, it is a Wookie scalp from Bobba Fett)
Nunchuck is the more military looking guy in the band, I tried to kept things really mixed up between ninja and soldier.
Banzai. Sorry, no pink for him. The Rising Sun ninja deserves some white, red and black.
I guess the easy way to improve the colors for Bushido was to go with a darker blue, but I wanted to relate with the snow ninja theme and decided for a camo pattern that could remember a snow storm.
Scarlett. This girl turned out to be the one I like the most.
I thought hard about adding the blue for him... but ended up with the all black approach for this armored version of Snake Eyes.
Annnd ... .that's a wrap ... for now. In the future I expect to go back to the Ninja theme, to make the apprentices and the Ninja Force versions of Night Creeper and Red Ninja, for now I am a little tired of ninjas
It was fun, there's a lot of details, materials and techniques in theses customs and I hope you guys can dig the final result.

Amazing work, Sir! Fantastic. Scarlett is my favorite.
Can I ask what head you used for Banzai? I've been wanting to do an Arashikage/Hama-inspired Zartan, and that head with pony tail just might work. Did you mod it?
