G.I.Joe vs Transformers Club Crossover Exclusive Set Revealed

The Transformers Collectors Convention is in full swing this weekend and during the event, the attached slide was displayed. Shown to those in attendance is an upcoming Fun Publications Transformers/G.I.Joe Club crossover set. The set is based off of the original Marvel story arc, introducing Transformers in to the World of G.I.Joe.

In the original story, Megatron believes that Castle Destro is in fact a Decepticon due to it’s ability to shape shift. Cutting to the chase, Cobra Commander gives Megatron a new body (his Tank mode) and Megatron promises technology to Cobra Commander. During all of this, Scarlett infiltrates Cobra, but is later called out and has to prove her loyalty. Meanwhile, Megatron plans to take the head scientist involved in all of this, Dr. Biggle Jones, back to Cybertron…albeit just her brain and nothing else.

This appears to be a pretty cool set that includes –

• Ninja Force Scarlett
• Dr. Biggles Jones
• Hooded Cobra Commander with Megatron Hand Gun (appears very similar to the version that appeared at Dollar General).
• Megatron (Generation Two version – Appears to be a Legends class Megatron repaint)
• RatBat
