We now have official confirmation from Gentle Giant LTD that the new G.I. Joe Jumbo line will be an exact scale up of the original O-Ring ARAH G.I. Joe Action Figures! We now have better images live from Comic Con 2014 of the new G.I. Joe Line located at the SDCC 2014 Gentle Giant LTD booth. Some of the best G.I. Joe news we have seen in a long time and this is sure to pull a lot of old school collectors back in to the arena of sport.
Gentle Giant LTD does not have a release date or price point but one could speculate they will be around the same price as Star Wars Jumbo figures.
Check out all the new G.I. Joe Jumbo ARAH O-Ring Gentle Giant LTD images after the jump.

GG on a GI Joe site?
Could this be because you guys are doing a vintage 1980's 12" GI Joe ARAH line? Like the 12" vintage Kenner Star Wars line? There have been persistent rumors for a while now that this was in the works, and if it is, I could not be happier....The SW line is fantastic, and a Joe line could be even better, depending how it is done.
It would be interesting to see how you would go about it, construction-wise...Retain the full articulation of the 1980's figures, with the Oring intact, or go with some kind of static 5 POA line? personally, I would like a direct 12" translation, starting with the ORIGINAL 13 figures from 1982, even in straight arm form.

Oh wow.
If they are totally blown up O-ring style figures I'm in as long as they're quality.
There's Grunt in the photo as well... haha awesome!

wow I can't wait to see close ups of them. It's gonna be like the 80's all over again.
edit: are they making them straight arm ? I can't tell but Zap almost looks like its straight arm.
