The art looks pretty bad on the "figure" part of the cover. And no Cobra symbol on his chest? That's like a sundae without a cherry on top.

The Storm Shadow art on the left looks great, but the figure art just doesn't work. This trend seems to be a bit overdone now. It was clever a few years ago when they did it with Roadblock. That was probably the best use of it.
