G.I. Joe Desert Duel vehicles with Action Figures bring you an entire battle in one box, and this set includes two 3 3/4-inch scale action figures with two awesome vehicles. The Cobra Basilisk and G.I. Joe F.O.E. Striker are driven by the Cobra Elite Horseman and Philip “Chuckles” Provost, and both figures are fully articulated and longing for combat! The Cobra Basilisk vehicle features an elevating, rotating missile launcher, free-rolling wheels, torpedoes, and an opening canopy for the driver. The Forward Observer Encampment (F.O.E.) Striker has a removable outpost, removable engine panels, turning front wheels, and four-wheel suspension. Yo Joe!

Pros
Really awesome updated vehicle

Overall
The G.I. Joe 50th Anniversary F.O.E. Striker is by far the best classic updated vehicle from ARAH that Hasbro has done in a very long time. If I was a kid I would love this vehicle for outdoor play. I’m not a huge fan of vehicles as an adult collector but this one is well worth the time to check out.

I realize this sounds extremely petty, but the design is just a bit too busy for me. It's a nice toy though and good pics

I love the bulked up, expedition look of it. The only missing picture is of the removable gas cans and windscreen.

You first hear they're reissuing the AWE Striker yet again for like the 20th time (not an exact amount), and you don't think much of it. It's just another repaint right ? Wrong, they actually managed to go above and beyond bring new life into a 30 year old Joe vehicle. It feels like it's part AWE Striker, part Forward Observer and nothing but pure fun and awesomeness.
Also great pictures Destro!
If anyone is on the fence about getting this, you need to jump off that fence and run to TRU or just order it online. It's well worth it for the F.O.E. Striker alone, the figures are just a bonus.

I wish that Hasbro would do this more often with vehicles by adding new weapons armaments to preexisting vehicles like the Retaliation Ninja Combat Cruiser & P.O.C/30th Hiss tank! Just the few new weapons armaments and play features just breathed life back into this toy; and gave the A.W.E/F.O.E a different look! Way to go Hasbro! If you are on the fence about getting one; don't be! I have had a ball with this F.O.E Striker! Hasbro, you can do this same thing for with some different paint jobs for: 1) the P.O.C Ashiko Cycle (..make this bad boy a Cobra bike with better handle bars; and add a side car), 2) the classic G.I. Joe APC 3) P.O.C/30th Hiss Tank 3) the Retaliation Ninja Combat Cruiser aka the new Cobra Stinger or G.I. Joe Vamp!

I wish Toys R Us Canada would just sell G.I.Joes again. :( I want this set but shipping is just too expensive cause of the huge box.

As some have mentioned before, I don't know how smart it is to strap couple of gasoline canisters on the hood of your vehicle which you expect to bring to a gunfight. And it is a vehicle that they expect to take to a gunfight, as they've bolt in extra armor for the driver...but not the rider/gunner. I guess the rider/gunner is more disposable.
Questionable safety design aside, this is a great update to a classic vehicle.
Great pics! As always.

I have 2 of these and plan to get more! All I can say is that this is a awesome upgrade and improvement over the AWE Striker! I mean the working canopy with mini gun and stand is awesome idea! To know that this vehicle not only carrying all this equipment and still leave room for Joes as well. Great Job Hasbro!! I hope to see more like this down the road...

What I love about this vehicle is that the Gatling gun mounts to the top of the rack. To me it looks clumsy mounted on the stand, then mounted to the top rack.
Great kit bashed/custom of the original AWE Striker. Reminds me of a custom I made back in 2013 of the Retaliation FAV.
