The Examiner is letting us know that the cast members of G. I. Joe: Retaliation are going through an intense physical training.
“When it comes to Lady Jade [What!?!], the undercover weapons expert on the G.I. Joe team (played by Friday Night Light’s own Adrianne Palicki), Aaron is training her in the realm of plyometrics and cardio strength training to attain an “athletic, lean, and sleek” look that her character exhibits.
The French style of object navigation known as parkour gets a nod with DJ Cotrona, breathing life into the character of Flint. He needs to maintain a “very strong core”, with Williamson directing him “with a lot of basic, compound movements”. Byung-hun Lee, who plays Storm Shadow, has been training with Aaron and his L.A. based trainer. Each trainer has their own training methods but rest assured, no one will be disappointed in his look or performance.”
And yes, Secret Shadow is in the movie too! :D

Actors in G.I. Joe film receiving top-notch fitness training - New Orleans Celebrity Headlines | Examiner.com
You may remember previously I reported on Dwayne Johnson tweeting pictures of himself on the set of G.I. Joe 2: Retaliation? Well, Dwayne isn't the only one getting into phenomenal physical shape. His co-stars have also been hitting the gym, lifting weights, and otherwise sweating it out to bring the military comics to life for the big screen.
But they're not doing this on their own. To get the physique, speed and agility they need, they've enlisted the help of celebrity fitness trainer and former U.S. Marine, Aaron Williamson. In fact, Aaron is handling personal training for a good number of celebrities in town these days. His business is called Complete Physiques.
Williamson created an individualized fitness plan for each of the stars to best meet the need of the characters they play. When it comes to Jinx, the female ninja portrayed in the comics as a cousin to Secret Shadow, Elodie Yung (the French actress portraying her) has mostly been focusing on high intensity cardio with additional leg and abdominal work.
When it comes to Lady Jade, the undercover weapons expert on the G.I. Joe team (played by Friday Night Light's own Adrianne Palicki), Aaron is training her in the realm of plyometrics and cardio strength training to attain an "athletic, lean, and sleek" look that her character exhibits.

As for Aaron himself, he's almost a celebrity in his own right: as a Marine he was on the World Famous Body Bearer detail and was part of the security team for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Pace – he has also spent several years in Iraq, and is now making his way as a bodybuilder with abs that could give The Rock a run for his money.

G.I. Joe 2: Retaliation is currently filming in New Orleans and is expected to be out sometime in 2012.

Secret Shadow? Lady Jade? Alriiiiighty then.... Everytime I see Parkour I think of the movie Cop Out and Sean William Scott falling to his supposed death, or breaking into a house to sit on the commode.
