UMAN says
I want to see the variant covers...
Jettfire says
I'm cracking up over the concept of a scratch-off cover. What a genius way to reveal the new Commander.
Mainframe says
Not to mention the ARAH cover with the figures and the Awe Striker, cool stuff there
rockstarfrank says
Are you kidding me with cover #173? That seriously is the worst cover ever, such a disgrace. I hope the B cover makes up for it.
Mainframe says
rockstarfrank says
Something with action, something classic. It's ARAH after all.
This cover look like they are in a friggin birds nest, I don't get it. Is anyone really going to buy that cover if the alternative is a nice piece of art?
I stand by my disgrace comment, I really do not like this idea at all.
The Delta says
gonna have to try and make a custom of that cobra commander on the t.p.b.cover now.
cobracommander1 says
Looks like that may be a big clue. The problem with making Baroness, Destro, Bludd, or Tomax the new Commander is that you essentially lose that character in the mythos.
I holding out hope that Chimera reveals himself to be Krake and assumes the mantle of CC. I love the idea of no one knowing who is under that mask. Besides, if Major Bludd is Cobra Commander why would he even wear the helmet?
Also, the RAH toys cover is a novel idea, but I would probably pick up a varient cover. Mostly, I just want that series to continue. I am always worried that each issue may be the final one. Hopefully they can make it to at least 200!
cobracommander1 says
on second thought, I actually will pick up the "toys" cover. I think it is pretty cool!
