Not too long ago, the HISS Attack Scout and GI Joe Cycle Armor were sighted at ROSS, and now they have been sighted at another place, Grocery Outlet. HISS Tank boards member kndy spotted each for $9.99.
Happy hunting.
- HISS Attack Scout GI Joe Cycle Armor
[Note: Couldn't find the old Grocery Outlet finds thread]

Found today at Grocery Outlet for $9.99 but passed on them:
[Note 2: Just in case anyone asks what is "Grocery Outlet", it's a store where people go to get cheaper groceries in the west coast. They are not known for their toys but they have received GI Joes a few times].
Hi everyone, I've been receiving e-mails ala PM if I can pick them up. Unfortunately, I saw these during a stopover while traveling. So, I am unable to pick anything up for anyone.
But because there are many Grocery Outlets on the West Coast, you may want to ask people in California or Tankers that you know who can help you out.
The actual name is Grocery Outlet?
I hear people turning these down all the time, but when i inquire about getting a set, they want $40 per vech + shipping? I don't get it, if i had access to these, i would buy every one i saw. Whateva...
Sweet another place we don't have here lol
I'd like a set if anybody is so inclined.
So there is a Grocery Outlet called Grocery Outlet???
here is the link;

only in
Idaho, Nevada and Arizona Northern California, Washington State and Oregon
The HISS Scout is ok but I don't see the need to army build. It is a scout. The driver isn't bad. It is a shame that a superior version is coming out with the movie, as it the Scout would certainly benefit from the roll cage or some kind of protective cockpit.
All that to say this: yes, there are reasons people aren't buying this like they did the black PoC HISS or virtually any other Ross GI Joe vehicle. I don't get charging $40 for one. I have only seen the ones I bought and I'm glad I bought them as I wouldn't have believed how bad the Cycle Armor was unless I played with it myself. Seriously, the 80s Mospeada cyclone was the same kind of toy but vastly better. Sad that GI Joe couldn't improve on a 25 year old toy!
