Mr. Mike Thompson has posted artwork on his Twitter Page of unreleased G.I.Joe Pursuit of Cobra characters! Although only head shots, it’s fun to see what was in the works for one of the more popular lines in recent G.I.Joe history. Included in the images are –
- Zap
- Budo
- Dr. Mindbender
- Cobra Nano-B.A.T.

I can see why Zap wasn't released. That helmet is all over the place.

Mindbender would have been DOCI head, witha white coat rex body and some random accessories methinks.
From the looks of the artwork it seems as if they might have not used many new parts for these figures.
The artwork for Budo looks as if they might have used the 25th comic pack Hard Master head on the Resolute comic pack Storm Shadow body.
The artwork for Dr. Mindbender looks as if they might have used his Cobra Island 7-pack head on the ROC white coat Rex "The Doctor" Lewis body.
As for Zap he might have just been a ROC Pit Commando repaint with 7-pack Zap head.
Then you have the Nano-B.A.T. and we all already know the deal with that.
