of those I think 10 is the best from Marvel followed by 63.
IDW and DDP certainly had a ton of covers to choose from, with all those variants.
not alone on the cover

So I would say I like these six the best?
You know for as major a character as she is, I think her only solo Marvel cover is issue 153.

I am still very fond of this variant cover from the Devil's Due America's Elite run.

I generally love Jamie Tyndall's work, but the Scarlett cover does nothign for me - just some really odd proportioning and over-sexualization of the character. Seriously, why does she have like J cup breasts but her left arm is a twig?
The Tony Harris and Alex Cal covers are probably my favorites.

I'm guessing this is the issue where Scarlett snapped her neck?
With due respect to Phil Noto and J.S. Campbell, here are my top 5...

Marvel 63 was one of the best. Of course it's mostly Snake Eyes, but there's a great Scarlett on that cover.
Also Marvel 136 was pretty killer.
LowTech says
I'm also on the Marvel 63 bandwagon. That and Yearbook 2 (no Scarlett on that one) are the two that always first come to my mind. And I don't even care much for Snake Eyes!
