Fight Choreographer Kenji Tanigaki and Stunt Coordinator Kimani Ray Smith has tweeted out a couple of beautiful locations in Japan; where the team will continue filming G.I. Joe: Snake Eyes.
First is the Himeji Castle, which the fans speculate as the location for Arashikage Dojo. Himeji Castle (姫路城 Himeji-jō) is a hilltop Japanese castle complex situated in the city of Himeji, Japan. The castle is regarded as the finest surviving example of prototypical Japanese castle architecture, comprising a network of 83 rooms with advanced defensive systems from the feudal period (1333). The castle is frequently known as Hakuro-jō or Shirasagi-jō (“White Egret Castle” or “White Heron Castle”) because of its brilliant white exterior and supposed resemblance to a bird taking flight.
Second is the Kishiwada Castle in Osaka, Japan. Kishiwada Castle (岸和田城 Kishiwada-jō) was established by Hidemasa Koide in 1597. Nobukatsu, ruler of Okabe Mino, took possession of the castle in 1640 from Takatsuki. The Okabe family maintained its position for 13 generations (up to the Meiji Restoration). The castle’s main tower was destroyed when struck by lightning in 1827, but was reconstructed in 1954, and is now also used as a folk museum.

Kenji posted on December 7th that he has arrived home and is now on location in Hemeji for Snake Eyes Japan.
He also posted a picture of Hemeji Castle at night - it is known as the greatest castle in Japan and also known as the Castle that was the training ground for several secretive Ninja Clans decades ago.
After seeing the picture, I have hope that this will look awesome.
I guess seeing his post also got me excited and brought me back home to the Hisstank, sorry I have not been around in a while.
