Ever since the news of G.I. Joe Classified Series Cobra Island Special Mission Set emerged, many speculated the possible longevity of the sub-line.
Now, fans have discovered several images (which seems to be originating from ACTOYS site), titled as ‘Return To Cobra Island‘ which features some sort of a web interactive feature.
While details aren’t all that clear, one image indicates a time frame between October 1st and November 30th for this possible venture.
The artwork also features Crimson Guard, Low-Light, and Dr. Mindbender. The images are placeholder images from various sources. With Funko toys getting Beachhead and Dr. Mindbender figures, it isn’t farfetched to speculate that there might be a connection.
Since we don’t have any evidence, take this info with a grain of salt.
You can checkout all the images, after the jump.

Some of these look really nice (especially Baroness) - does anyone else feel like just about all of them are missing paint apps though?

I think all of them look great, except Roadblock.
The only bad thing about them is being Target exclusives. If there's one store worse than Walmart with exclusives and preorders its Target.

Saw these and thought it was early in the line for Heavy Duty. Saw it was Roadblock and was like...uh...

I hope someone can find links for these in advance.

would be nice, but in this state of OK, these never see the light of day, unless your in a big city spawn camping the store, and forget about online instant sold out. guess my $ will be on vintage again.
