Philip “Chuckles” Provost started in undercover operations at an insurance group in Florida. His affable demeanor puts everyone at ease, allowing him to gain access to whatever group he’s been tasked by the G.I. Joe team to infiltrate and investigate. He and Night Fox are scouting a Cobra desert base when they spot an incoming Cobra air and ground attack. They quickly ready for battle and blast the enemy from their F.O.E. Striker!

G.I. Joe 50th Anniversary Chuckles
Pros
Awesome character
Cool desert deco
Cons
Included with huge vehicle pack
Overall
Chuckles is by far my favorite figure from these current waves of G.I. Joe 50th Anniversary. One of the best developed characters in the Modern Era of G.I. Joe was Chuckles and IDW’s G.I. Joe:Cobra comic really put the spotlight on how ARAH characters should be updated and pushed into current lore. This is an awesome figure and the only problem I have is you need to buy a huge vehicle pack to get him.

ugly figure for a undesirable character

He looks alright, though he's not a character I really desire. If only this figure could be sold cheaper instead of in a vehicle pack, I think people could army build this guy to make some civilians or even international drug terrorists, lol...

how hard is it to check to see if the eyes are landing in the right fuggin' spot before you "paint" 10M of them? dang.
HEY HASBRO! -NEVER GONNA GET ANY TRACTION AGAIN WITH GI JOE IF THE QUALITY ALWAYS STINKS!
I'll move to china right now. I'm heading over to ebay to buy rosetta stone.
also, I thought he came with a goofy hat?

Steve McQueen.

I strongly disagree on both points. He's a good looking figure. The only real improvement would be to ditch the kneepads. And as far as characters go, he's one of the most interesting in all of G.I. Joe.

Nice figure of a character I don't care about.

I'll probably end up making him into a modern Crankcase. Just need to get my paints out.

Head doesn't look as big as it did in other photos; i would have liked the other head they used before on him, but looks okay to me
