News Post: IDW January 2021 G.I. Joe Solicitations
It is official: the Allor Pink Pony Joe was retail poison.
I will definitely, 100% miss it, as it was the BEST Joe book I’ve read since IDW’s Cobra series.
I want to hear from people who have actually read through the Dr.Venom issue (#8?), not those Keyboard Warriors who maybe, MAAAAYBE read the first issue.
And with this sad news comes the end of me colletting anymore Joe comics.

Is Joe an Elfquest fantasy?

The other two covers are not too bad. I feel bad for the retailers that had to suffer through the normal oovers to get to the RI covers though.

Edit: This one is actually pretty cool. Is is 1/100?

Bisexual robot? Wat?

I'm ahead of the curve. I was turned off the comics way back when Chuck Dixon was writing them.
So freaking boring.
Devil's Due Publishing was clearly the best Joe comics.

IDW had a good start, but then their BOLD NEW CHANGES and mega-events and saturation hut. Cobra War, or whatever, Snake-Eyes: Agent of Cobra, CC being a role and all that...
It just fell apart. Then the Stitterson debacle, and while the quality of the new book may have been there, no one is going to care. (By 'no one,' I mean enough people to sustain the book.)
Note the fun, goofy, crazy Snake-Eyes: Deadgame is selling super well. IDW needs to re-align and do more of that.
