G.I. Joe #1 by Skybound is right around the corner, set to drop next month on November 13th.  The culmination of the mini series’ for Cobra Commander, Duke, Destro and Scarlett will officially jump the Joes and Cobras into the Energon Universe.    We got a look a while back and some preview pages and initial covers, but now a set from Nakayama can be seen, they’ll span issues 1-4 and connect when done.  Hit your local comic shop to make sure you snag em if you dig em!  Check them all out after the break!

Hasbro Pulse Con 2024 is officially live, and the G.I. Joe team kicked things off with a showing from the brand.  Seems like they missed the actual new products with render reveals, but it’s possible they are coming later today via social.  For now, check out in-hand physical copies for Starduster (exclusive), and the next wave with Leatherneck, Dial Tone, Zandar and Saw Viper.  They also revealed the first inductees to the G.I. Joe Hall of Fame.  Read on to check it all out and some caps.

Skybound will be holding a special screening of the original G.I. Joe animated movie this coming November 13th out in Los Angeles.  This will help celebrate the launch of the all new ongoing G.I. Joe comic series.   In addition, a signing by G.I. Joe #1 write Joshua Williamson will be held at Things From Another World close by.

A private AMC CityWalk screening of the seminal 1987 film will be followed by an exclusive Q&A with Williamson, discussing his new series launch. Tickets will be allocated to both existing and new Insider members, who sign up between September 10 and October 20, 2024. All screening attendees will be provided with Insiders-exclusive surprises, as well as the opportunity to win additional prizes provided by Skybound and Hasbro. Both existing and new members can go visit the website to enter for a chance to win tickets to this very special event.

Hasbro’s current G.I. Joe Haslab project for the Cobra Rattler has officially passed it’s needed mark to unlock it’s last tier – Pilot Baroness. Over 18,000 backers were needed, and it’s done that and more as of yesterday. Currently at 19.5k or so. The project ends tomorrow at 11:59 PM east so if you haven’t backed yet you still have some time to tag in. Hit the link below to check it all out.

Hasbro have revealed new San Diego Comic Con exclusives today via IGN, and the G.I. Joe offering is a Cobra Commander “Once a Man” remix featuring his look from the original animated movie.
