Joining with the Malaysian Government, Hasbro is set to open the world’s first Hasbro Themed Waterpark.
The park will feature rides and activities based on several popular Hasbro brands such as Nerf, My Little Pony, Mr. Potatohead, Elefun & Friends, Play-Doh, Battleship, Monopoly, Mousetrap and G.I. Joe.
Very much like how we saw during Hasbro’s Toy Fair Investor Presentation, the old G.I. Joe ARAH logo is back; instead of the live action movie logo.
Linking all the recent news together, it seems as though the G.I. Joe brand is making a comeback. Though we have not seen any toys, it is important to see licensed products coming through. It is a sign that the brand is still alive on Hasbro’s mind.
Coming back to our news: the 20 acre theme park won’t open until 2022. You can check out several images from the press conference, after the jump.
We thank the official twitter page of Malaysian Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, for the info and images.

Funny, it doesn't seem to be April 1st.
A Real American Hero... in Malaysia.
Maybe Hasbro could try making Joe toys one day.
Meanwhile we're waiting for Hasbro to partner with Hasbro to release some figures...
The park will open in 2022. That's great timing because that's when the SE movie will be coming out!!!
